This dealership gives the best service of any we've ever dealt with. This is the 2nd car we have purchased from this dealership. Elisio was fantastic, attentive and friendly, and he answered our questions, and if he didn't know the answer, he would find out as soon as he could and relayed it quickly. The whole place seems to be happy to be there, and there is nothing that is too hard to accomplish even if the questions or problems seem silly at the time. I can't recommend Mawson Lakes Mazda highly enough. They have been excellent throughout the purchase of our new car. Overall, it was a pleasure to buy from them.

Absolutely the best customer service Mazda dealership in Adelaide, Kevin went over and above during the purchase of my new cx 3, at the beginning of January, after the demo model I originally went to look at was sold while I was in the dealership, I was upset that I had left work to drive all the way out to Mawson lakes after ringing to say I was coming, to hopefully buy this specific demo, Kevin was apologetic and went on to offer me a brand new cx 3 with 12 months rego, genuine floor mats and 2 free tanks of petrol for the demo price!! Having also been to 2 other dealerships during the week, closer to home, one which didn’t even return a phone call, and the other not willing to come anywhere near the price which Kevin had offered, I would not deal with any other Mazda dealership in the future, Kevin responded to every phone call, and kept me informed thru text messages throughout the whole process. I have just been back yesterday for the 1000km free service and again the customer service is outstanding, having ordered and purchased genuine Mazda seat covers and having them put in by another Mazda dealership (closer to home), the workmanship on putting the seat covers in was disappointing to say the least, I couldn’t deal with it at the time after having 3 phone calls to this dealership just to order the covers was a nightmare, so I asked if the service team at Mawson lakes could fix and fit the back seat covers properly yesterday during its service, and it was not a problem whatsoever and it was free of charge, also replacing a battery in my key as it was not responding to opening and locking the car well since purchasing the car. it is so refreshing walking into a dealership to smiling, happy workers, who make you feel comfortable immediately, which I didn’t feel at the other 2 dealerships at any stage, I had to wait for a salesman for quite a while at one, walking around and around the yard to then be told, it’s extremely busy, busy?, I looked around and almost said, mate you have not seen busy until you walk into Mawson lakes Mazda!!! I can see why, because they are so far above the rest when it comes to customer service there is no comparison. Thank you so much Kevin, I appreciate your amazing customer service, and I absolutely love my new cx 3…zoom zoom 🚗🚗🚗

Absolutely outstanding. From the staff that take the service booking over the phone, to the counter staff. Being in my 50s and having owned 3 new cars. 2010 Holden Redeo. 2021 Toyota Hilux. 2025 BYD Shark 6. This is by far the best dealer service centre i have ever been too. The Hilux has been to most dealership in adelaide over it 97k km. Very average at best. Never going back. Great honestly lovely staff, coffee and food. Free loan car. Never got 1 at Toyota ever. This is probably only the second review I left in my life. Hope it's helpful to others. Leaving this review and haven't even got the car serviced yet.

Purchased a Mazda CX3 at Mawson Lakes Mazda in July through Kevin. He was very thorough and the advice given in regards to the car was appreciated. He also showed me how all the car features work. Overall, Kevin and the staff were all very happy, very welcoming, and very friendly!! The waiting area also has complimentary food, snacks, drinks and coffee, and a waiting area with a tv which is awesome. I would totally recommend Mawson Lakes Mazda when purchasing a Mazda or your first car.
